Scrum & evolutionary organizations – continous advancement in complex systems

Abstract

School development is a complex process. So is learning itself. In contrast to complicated systems – like a mechanical system – an exact analysis of the interrelationships is not possible. However, classical processes – planning groups, hierarchies, … – are based on this supposed ability to plan. In this workshop, participants get to know “Scrum” as an alternative, iterative process model in an interactive way, gain insight into “evolutionary organizations” and transfer the gained knowledge to their own school ecosystem.
