Building the infotainment system of the future is by itself a (technical) challenge. From an organizational point of the view the real challenge is however to (1) build an agile culture, that contrasts the traditional waterfall-infused mindset and fosters innovation and (2) to setup a scaled working model that enables more than 20 teams to work in parallel on the same product. Let us share what we have learned so far and start a discussion on what could be next.
